Studio Visit with Leo Casteneda

A couple weeks ago I was in Miami and had the chance to visit a dear friend of mine’s studio. Leo and I attended high school together at New World School of the Arts.

He is currently working on a beautiful series based off concepts derived from video games. The mixture of story line and levels, mixed with carefully painted landscapes, and beautifully executed spills result in a captivating world you can sink into.

Leo’s solo exhibition will open tomorrow at the Artseen Gallery in Wynwood.

The new Christina Prestidge!

I recently got married on September 25th 2011 to Sean Prestidge! I’ll use that as my excuse for not posting…hehehe. The wedding was beautiful and I could not imagine a better man to be married to. Now I’m back in the studio with a new name and some new work. Keep you posted!
